Show tooltip for every property on concept page (if data available) #1001

At which URL did you encounter the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Go to the web page above
  2. Notice that there is not tooltip for the label HAS PREFERRED NAME FOR THE CORPORATE BODY even though there exists a skos:definition for the property (see the related data).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would expect to see a tooltip as it is shown for the other properties.

Additionally, one could simultaneously tackle the issue of having a similarly defined clarification message for the concept URI part as well, but this is not required.

As for the foreign labels part, please notice that the tooltip is generated by the translation mechanism - it does not follow the convention and may not be overridden in any way.

I firmly believe that the last two lastly mentioned items could be fixed - if not otherwise - via dedicated skosmos: properties.
