$9 subfield with comma causes bad person identifiers

Got this error during conversion:

16:38:16 ERROR riot                 :: [line: 82821, col: 125] Bad character in IRI (space): <http://urn.fi/URN:NBN:fi:au:pn:000114384,[space]...>

This seems to be caused by this field:
