Retain Fennica IDs #66

The original MARC records contain Fennica record IDs. These should be kept during the conversion and retained in the output as schema:identifier values (using PropertyValue).

This is necessary e.g. so that we can link to Finna record display from the LOD viewer UI.

They need to be moved from the proprietary SID field to a standard 035 field, where marc2bibframe2 should pick them up.

Melinda records don't always contain Fennica IDs, especially not for newer records that were created in Aleph. So this is not a full solution. Will need a separate issue about gathering identifiers from the Fennica side.
