Channels with emoji names break layout #24

Installation type: git cloned repo
Branch of dline: master
Python version: 3.7
Linux distribution: Ubuntu 18.10

To Reproduce

Be on a server with emoji characters in channel names
start dline
the layout will be broken because it does not properly account for emoji character lengths.

Expected behavior dline should properly account for emoji character lengths.

Fixed - the problem was in the terminal (iTerm2).
