becomes

but

html>(head>link:css)+body

works as expected.

It's not a bug. html:4t is a snippet with ${child} variable set in <body> tag 
and everything is outputted as it 
should be.

In your case you have to create your own html:* snippets without <head> and 
<body> sections in it.
