Breaks CTRL+E when Photoshop CS3 and Notepad++ w/ Zen-coding plugin #140

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open Photoshop cs3
2.Use CTRL+E to merge 2 layers in photoshop

Really odd how it breaks the hotkey for another program :\

It also blocks ALT + L in polish keyboard. When notepad++ with zen-coding is 
enabled
there is no possibility to write polish character "ł"
