[Enhancement] Add option for Multi-Select Server(s) / Category(ies) for Advertisements #1

For version 2.3.0

Planned:

  1. Add an option to select multiple servers instead of making 1 advertisement for each server.
  2. Add an option to select a category for advertisements so all servers in the specific category will use this advertisement.

Maybe:

  1. Add an option to deselect certain servers when choosing a category for advertisement.
