Regular battery status notifications #195

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login

What is the expected output?

Battery status notifications only when the level changes (ie. 10%)

What do you see instead?

Every 20-30 minutes, I get two notifications on Battery level.

ie. 
(2:13:59 PM) Droid: Battery level 90%
(2:14:00 PM) Droid: Battery level 90%

Additional informations:
Phone model: Motorola Droid 2
