Losing ability to drag after hovering over element #37

Sometimes after moving my mouse over an element like a point, I lose the ability to drag the map. I can see the cursor change when it happens from the little grabby hand to the pointer. It's fixed by moving the cursor off the map and then back on.

@jamaps does this happen for you too? It's really starting to bug me
