Update parking search time data for all cities, rely on geohash for coordinates #47

Data is missing only for Victoria

All cities except Victoria now have parking search time data added / updated (in the Avoid category). Edmonton seems to have a bit more data now, or maybe just a bit more traffic.

Also: Geohashes are cool!
