Getting pick-up location data for all cities #51

I've created separate topojson files for each company and each city.

Work still needs to be done to integrate this into the site, including with the faded buttons.

I just added in the transit tiles that I've generated into this branch (probably should be a separate PR, but it was only a line to each cities data.js file

All cities should now have transit except for Montreal and Halifax

@Nate-Wessel take a look and feel free to merge in

Looking good! Thanks for splitting all these up. It was a pretty easy change to work with them all separately. Nice to see the transit in here now!
