Keep track of which requests fail #2

Maybe have some sort of list of known nodes that have httpds that don't respond with 200 for /nodeinfo.json, maybe include some other shit like response headers to better figure out who runs them so we can yell at them.

I'm always down to yell at people. I will add this feature.

I don't remember what this was about but I keep getting emails with random spam comments from this thread, so I'm going to close it and see if that helps. Fuck spammers.
