The text chat command /help is not working #1

I have downloaded the WNTMD Installer which was done from the ZIP file. I have installed the Plugins using the Mod Manager program. I went into the game and hosted an online game with a password. Chose the bots and weapons. I have tried the other plugins which does work and does reply to me in chat but the Essentials plugins does not work. I could have done something wrong but I have no idea how to fix it

Dont think it has been working for the past ~4 years. I currently dont have a dev environment for WNTGD setup so I cant check why for now. Could you post your logfile?
