9 years ago I think the navigation is important for small screens, the social icons also get really small on medium screens. I'm not sure about hiding your contact information on small screens. The nav is a big issue though. It'd be difficult for someone to get around your site, back to the home page, etc. without it.
Along @TheDanAlatriste's comments, I'd consider making your contact form larger on medium screens.
Satisfactory - The pages seem to have weird spaces when they are shrunken down. When it goes down to tablet size, the main page seems to have not enough spacing between text and the images. The form becomes too small and the horizontal scroll becomes a bit bigger. For mobile, the nav disappears on both pages, and there seems to be huge spaces at the bottom on the main page.
