These scripts will take large historical time series stacks of daily climate variables for the US and aggregate to monthly. Steps are unpacking NetCDf, aggregate, mask/clip, and save as GeoTiff Edit Add topics
I noticed in the S3 bucket for the processed PDSI data earthlab-gridmet/pdsi/monthly_mean, there is no file for March 1987 (would be named pdsi_1987_03.tif). Any idea why?
I ask because I'm thinking about including pdsi in the fire extremes model.
