The download link for new v1.2 release is dead :( Please fix. Update looks nice ;)

mozkan007 commented 6 years ago

Hey, @NateShoffner please give us an answer man.

mozkan007 commented 5 years ago

@NateShoffner has the new release been aborted?

Icedtouch commented 5 years ago

Link?

Forkinator commented 5 years ago

can confirm, link is still dead. Anyone have a link to v 1.2?

edit: I think i found the links for both portable and installer versions. Here they are for anyone that wants v1.2

https://ci.appveyor.com/project/NateShoffner/disable-nvidia-telemetry/branch/master/artifacts

Edit2. FYI to anyone else that will use the link to download the app, it might not work. The app starts up with a blank window and then closes after a few seconds. I tried both portable and installer versions. Hopefully the app developer will update this asap.

Just go to releases page and download 1.1 https://github.com/NateShoffner/Disable-Nvidia-Telemetry/releases

the linked 1.2 prog just crashes on launch. Use the 1.1 link above this comment as pointed out, it's official and more importantly, the program actually works.

I think I created a fixed version of 1.2, which should function until the author comes back and fixes it himself (or accepts my shoddy pull request).

Excellent work sleepdragn1! Thanks for taking the time to do this! I appreciate very much, as I'm sure others do to.
