Add thumbnail regeneration help text #25

When users reset the Menu Item image size in the settings, they need to regenerate the thumbnails. This should be spelled out in the text more clearly.

Add full instructions to docs, with link to Regenerate Thumbnails, and link to that in settings help text.

All ready to go. Just need to merge the fdm-v1.5 branch on the documentation when this is released.
