We want have % of visitors by disadvantaged community designation.

connect GEOIDs from Airsage to GEOIDs from Justice 40 at the tract level.

Binary is this block group in a tract designated as disadvantage by Justice 40

Sounds like maybe we dont want to use this Justice 40 thing. It would have made it simpler than a suite of census, but I get why to avoid it.
