More File change actions needed. #30

Lots of issues when I try to use Blitz Search, when I'm trying to work on a thing.

1) There's no indication that the file has changed ( there can be a marker right in the search results that allows and individual refresh )

2) There's no indication that there's potentially more matches as a result of a change.

3) There's no "Refresh Results" button or "Stop" button

These batched as one Issue since they are closely related.

I got the watching part working and it feels ok without "Refresh" buttons or nagging.. just updates the results with a big bright "Updated" button. will try this for now and see how it feels
