Sorry If I asked question that too obvious, Having literally no knowledge of Windows Development, except Simple Tutorial level. If safety crafted and research Win32 API,using C# or managed C++, exception handling, is it possible to be prevent crashes that WinLogon crashes that prevent user to use PC if that happens.
