PAPI support #38

I wish I could use all PAPI placeholders in the commands that I use in a reward (and not just the placeholders defined in this plugin). E.g. something like "%player_name%" from the PAPI "Player" extension etc.

Screw that, I just implemented it myself. See my open pull request.
