🛠 Proposed Changes:

This pull request re-implements the database-related logic regarding fetching cars and branches and creating a reservation. This pull request also adds the ability to filter vehicles while searching, with more date-validation based on a vehicle's current reservations.

Filters added to browse vehicles
"Browse Vehicles" Page UI re-implemented
Back-end for "Browse Vehicles" re-implemented
