Make advanced feature engineering easy #11

Create an object to make feature engineering easy. For example, this class should allows to add polynomial or logarithmic combinations of features easily, possibly according to a certain criteria. It should work smoothly with the Preprocessor (and the pipeline).

The assignee is free to find the best implementation of a solution to this issue. This issue is not a priority as soon as #2, #3 and #6 are still opened.

We overestimated our team work capacity. The challenge ends this week, so we won't do this one.
