Use CTD file after generate_celltype_data #64

Hi,

After I run generate_celltype_data on sample dataset exp_CortexOnly_DROPPED, the resulted fNames_CortexOnly is only a path to the file, but how can I load it into R and run the actual cell type enrichment tests?
