Remove dead branches #83

We have lots of stale branches that aren't being used anymore. To reduce clutter and confusion, I'm going to go through and delete some of the ones I'm pretty confident are no longer being used (ie haven't havent activity in years). https://github.com/NathanSkene/EWCE/branches
