Keep the plugins #104

Im running your docker application, but if I was to update the docker image, the plugins would be removed. Is there a way to mount that directory onto the host to keep it from changing

Okay well I cant read appearently "If you want to add custom [themes or modules](https://webtrees.net/download/modules), you can also mount the /var/www/webtrees/modules_v4/ directory."
