Upgrade crashes plugin in QGIS 2.18.22 #16

It has the following stack trace:

Couldn't load plugin 'qgis_hats'

Yep I will say I haven't tested much on 2.18. Once I'm done on 3.4 I will check back on 2.18

You may be aware already ... With the new upgrade today, there is this issue:

Traceback (most recent call last): File "C:/PROGRA~1/QGIS2~1.18/apps/qgis-ltr/./python\qgis\utils.py", line 333, in startPlugin plugins[packageName] = package.classFactory(iface) AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'classFactory'
