after uninstalling the plugin #18

after uninstalling the plugin, the 3.4 splashscreen no longer appears!

I add more information: I use OSGeo4W network installer and the splashscreen does not appear even after reinstalling QGIS 3.4.

I installed the new version 1.6 and then uninstalled: it works !!! I get the original splashscrenn. thx PS: uses the same splashscreen for 3.4 and master (using OSGeo4W network installer)
