Required steps to do:

Enable travis for this repo
Go to settings
Add OSGEO_USERNAME and OSGEO_PASSWORD as secure env vars for plugin upload to repo
Add GH_TOKEN as secure env var for deploying the zip to github releases
Create a release on github
Profit

Yes, by convention the subfolder with the plugin name is packaged. There's an option to specify a different folder, but I was too lazy to look it up ;P
