Landing page: wire up spotify track search

• should display a list of tracks with play button on left; track title with artist below (gridlayout - 2 row view); and a (+) add button on the right
• clicking play would play the track to preview it
• clicking (+) would open action menu prompting to add to existing playlist or create a new one (asking to add to existing would be conditional upon whether there were any playlists created yet)

This is coming along pretty nicely 👍 Spotify plugin via nativescript-spotify fully wired, can search and play tracks. UI done as spec'd above. Using nativescript-cardview behind search field. Using nativescript-ng2-fonticon for custom font-awesome use. Using nativescript-loading-indicator for progress spinners. Will be wiring up more plugins like @TheOriginalJosh nativescript-ng2-parallax for album art displays on playlist page.
