If you were listening to ShoutOutPlay via a bluetooth speaker, if you record a ShoutOut, it will reset the speaker to internal only so when you play a track it will only play through internal speaker.
The only way to get output back to bluetooth speaker again is to play a track with a ShoutOut on it, which will then set the output back to the bluetooth speaker again.
This has something to do with Category on iOS setting when going into record mode and back to playback mode.
