Completion Criteria: Create Prototype:

[ ] Document viewer: Two panels
- [ ] Key Terms and Annotations Panel
- [ ] Document viewer with highlight panel
- [ ] Feature: the ability to back out and change the document
[ ] Change Document Page

Current Progress Report is that the pdf was simple to put in however the two tabbed table to the right is not nearly as simple.
