Implement "fire" spell #15

Some sort of fire spell, mainly for combat.

This might be really, really dangerous- so it needs some thought.

Is there a way to stop fire from spreading at all? I know in the game it doesn't spread after about 5 seconds, is there a way to spawn it with that property?

Hm - good question. Something I definitely want to look into before making any spells that spawn fire!
