cast doesn't work #65

i downloaded your plugin and installed it, but for some reason when i type cast then any of the spells they dont work, i dont understand why. i am useing the v0.992 and the latest bukkit.

You have to set up permissions for spells to work- please see the thread for now, there is info in the Original Post about this, for now, but I will have some nice wiki docs soon.
