Would be nice to have typescript support for this plugin

getting this error when building: error TS2656: Exported external package typings file '/........../........../node_modules/nativescript-permissions/index.d.ts' is not a module. Please contact the package author to update the package definition.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this? Thanks
