socket undefined: update websockets-base.android

Thank you for this module and all the work you do with the NS team!

I had the same issue @sulymka described here https://github.com/NathanaelA/nativescript-websockets/pull/106 with Android and iOS.

As he did for the iOS websockets, I suggest a small change for Android.

I've updated with this PR, & #106 and applied the same fix to the third file. Published another version of @master.technology/websockets
