[x] Add app (GUI) teach enable/disable button
[x] PR #56
[ ] Pause SimRunning when in teach mode
[ ] Enable teach buttons when in teach mode
[ ] Enable SimRunning when leaving teach mode - recalculate to existing goal, then run
[ ] Disable teach buttons when leaving teach mode

can use new gui dropdown trigger funcationality to set simRunning flag (on/off depending on selcection)
