I will be making a prototype of the power meter for the train. When every the train moves to a destination the power meter will go down.

I think it would be something like a health meter in SmallLand Survive the Wilds. The game has a health meter that goes down when attacked by the enemy, but goes up when drinking potions or eating food.
What is needed to implement the task?
I need to look at YouTube videos and come up with a code that will help.
What is the biggest risk it will not get done?
Time might be an issue, I'm not the best coder so it might take more then a week to get it done. Finding a YouTube video that can help me figure out the coding.
How do I know it is ready? (Test case)
Start the game and play, once I have the prototype working, then I can show it to my team and we can figure out what's missing or how it can be improve.
