Expand on the map by adding colors, symbols and numbers to make it more clear.

More visual design details.

What is the biggest risk it will not get done?

Less clarity on how the gamemaking process will go.

How do I know it is ready? (Test case)

It'll be a clear and concise map that's easily understood.

Great image, what game is it from? Also provide a link.
Do you need photoshop of powerpoint? Do you need icons?
I like where the risk is going, I just don't understand what it means.
What does it mean to be clear and concise? All symbols are in the key? Colors map to real world objects?
