How to delete Flags #17

I suggest to mark flags as deleted instead of removing the flag from the table. And to use a service running on server-side to move marked flags to a new table. In this way we can have all deleted flags and we can understand why users delete flags (and we can also do some cool statistics).

Implemented via CloudCode. Javascript callbacks handle this upon entry deletion.
