Regional Rift Icon Spacing #37

Just a little tweak but the new icons for the rift theme (THANK YOU FOR ADDING THESE!) are not spaced properly. It just looks a little messy and cluttered. Love the great work, keep it up!

Just to clarify the icons I am referring to are the ones for controls, recruitment and banhammer.
