NationStates++ Won't work #7

I have used NationStates++ before, but just recently it has not been popping up. I went to the Extension to make sure it was still installed and it was. Please fix this problem so i can view the Regional Newspaper and other features! Thank you so Much! The Allied States of Northern Vermont

Are you sure it is still enabled? The 2.4.0 update requires new permissions (for the https:// nationstates website) and so Chrome leaves it installed, but disables it. Make sure the enabled box is checked!
