CMS DQP Query - how much more data are we adding to the PPRL-linked person from CMS(Medicaid and Medicare) #118

Compare counts in each OMOP domains for PPRL linked person in N3C and CMS and count how many additional concepts we see in CMS. Add this query to the CMS DQP so that we can see the results with the each build. Domains: visit, condition, procedure, drug, measurement, observation and device
