some sites are sending true for the long covid flag in TriNetX CDM instead of t as specified -support both flavors #85

If the is_long_covid flag is set to "t" then the data is added to the observation domain one site is sending 'true' instead of 't' as specified - check for both and process both flavors of is_long_covid values.
