Non standard OMOP concepts in phenotype #199

The following non-standard codes are contained in the N3C phenotype script

756023 - dx_strong 756044 - dx_strong 756061 - dx_strong 756081 - dx_strong 37310285 - dx_strong

Luckily the standard concepts that they map to in the concept_relationship table are also included in the phenotype script. The standard concepts they map to are: 3661405 3661406 3661408 3662381 3663281

Why do we have the non-standard codes in there?

Thank you for reporting the depreciation of these concepts. These concepts were depreciated OMOP Vocabulary in 29 January 2021. We are allowing sites a period of time to update their vocabulary tables. This will ensure their cohort counts do not drop because of these mapping changes. We will retire these terms in the next minor release of the Phenotype.
