I am an N3C researcher. I need data related to the patients receiving Mechanical Ventilation in ICU. Particularly, I need data of the variables related to ventilator settings/parameters such as SPO2, FiO2, SOFA, APSIII, COPD, ARDS, SaO2, PaO2, PaCO2, pH, Lactate, Hemoglobin, PEEP, Peak air pressure, etc. It works for me if only data related to a subset of these variables is available.
Is there any ventilator settings data available yet in the enclave? Please let me know where in the N3C enclave I can find these data and, also how can I get access to those data. If there is any script or code available to get these data, please share.
