"Upcoming Topics" chapter #163

There inevitably will be N3C developments/changes that the book won't immediately reflect. I think a running list of these items will help

  1. readers see them and at least be pointed to the best documentation available currently and
  2. editors & authors see what should be incorporated in future (small) updates of the book.

What do other people think? Here's the topic sentence of the chapter (which I imagine should be in the Back Matter section).

This chapter is a list of topics that have been introduced recently by N3C or the Palantir teams and have not yet been incorporated into the book.

During today's meeting, the group agreed to include chapter, and rename it from "Laundry List" to "Upcoming Topics".
