Chapt. 4 Governance Image 4.2 has an issue #172

The word "stripped" is spelled "striped". Can I change this through github?

@cfsuver & @JohannaLoomba, do you have the source document for this image? Only the png is in the private Google Drive directory.

Figure 4.2 is contained in Section 4.7.
