Set up slide presentation for the first meeting. Add Agenda and a slide for each agenda topic #17

We want a formalish presentation for the first meeting to set the stage for this important activity.

Will you sent up slides set (maybe able to start with the training slides if available) Add the agenda, a slide for each topic including a section for the training. We will fill these out prior to the meeting.

We will record the session and use the recording for those who can not attend.
