@coopwr will spearhead a process for assessing navigation trends and needs, along with Google Analytics data. Will create a spreadsheet for tracking feedback under respective headings.

And identify avatars/personas. Can involve Project/Program Managers who are familiar with personas. (Lisa O'Keefe, Tricia Francis, et al.)

Will Cooper conducting card study with virtual app to get user feedback on Nav Bar selections. So far, Liz Zampino and Andrea have participated. Requests out to Connor, Racquel, Trish Pruis, Lisa O'Keefe, Tricia Francis. Hope to gather input for 11/4 website meeting.

@coopwr has drafted his changes for Nav Bar revisions. Hoping to get approved and implement soon.

This is ongoing and will involve cognitive walkthroughs in the coming months. Closing this ticket now. Can re-open in Jira when there are specific action items for the web team as a result of the UX testing.
